How Elite DPC Works and Pricing
Elite DPC is structured like a gym membership:
You pay a monthly membership fee and receive unlimited office visits during DPC hours, plus virtual care and direct physician communication when needed.
Monthly membership for adults and pediatric patients: $149
Non-refundable registration fee: $99
Monthly membership for family of four (with dependents 17yo and younger): $496
Because we do not bill insurance for DPC visits, we can focus on what matters most: timely access, thoughtful care, and continuity.
What’s Included With Membership
As an Elite DPC member, you receive:
- Unlimited in-office visits during DPC hours
- Virtual visits as needed
- Timely responses to questions by text, email, or phone (when appropriate)
- Same-day or next-day appointments
- Longer, unhurried visits with a board-certified physician
- Care coordination and guidance when referrals or additional evaluation is needed
You’ll also have access to the same high-level clinical environment you’ve come to expect at Elite Urgent Care, including in-house diagnostic capabilities when medically appropriate.
In-House Services & Member Discounts
Elite Urgent Care is built to evaluate and treat patients efficiently, with on-site services that help avoid delays and unnecessary referrals.
As an Elite DPC member, you can access:
- On-site digital X-ray
- EKG / cardiac evaluation
- Laboratory testing (in-house availability varies by test)
When you need outside lab work or advanced imaging, you’ll also benefit from deeply discounted cash-pay options through our partnered services.

DPC Hours & How After-Hours Visits Work
DPC Appointment Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We understand that healthcare questions don’t always happen between 9 and 5. Communication may occur after hours or on weekends when appropriate.
Visits occurring after hours or on weekends will be treated as standard urgent care visits and billed through insurance or self-pay per usual urgent care policies.
